Ara’s Midtown Café is available after 3pm, evenings and weekends for private events. We are passionate about providing a memorable experience for you and your guests. Ara’s is the ideal venue for professional, business and club meetings, social gatherings, birthdays and anniversaries, baby and bridal showers for up to 75 guests. Our dining room can be arranged theater style or with individual table arrangements based on your preference.
Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit and signed contract must be submitted to secure your function. A deposit of $250 is required to reserve any event space. This deposit will apply towards your event upon completion. All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled function or you will forfeit your deposit.
Ara’s requests a guaranteed number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your function.
Room Fees and Minimums
Ara’s is happy to host your next event or celebration. There is a room rental fee of $150 and a minimum total purchase. For parties of 1-40 people the minimum purchase is $500, 41-75 is $750.00 minimum. Room Rental is included in that amount.
Tax, Gratuity and Payment
Tax and 18% gratuity will be added to the total package price. Payment is due in full on the day of the scheduled event. Your credit card on file will be charged unless otherwise specified.
Ara’s Midtown Café can provide AV equipment, floral arrangements, balloons, etc. for an additional cost. We offer complimentary wireless internet for your convenience during corporate events.
If you or any of your guests have any special menu requests, allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us prior to your event and we will be happy to accommodate your requests.
